RD 4th place pedal-pull finish, jake haircut and birthday party

On July 24th, Audrie finished 4th place in the pedal pull at the Russell County Fair. She missed going to the Kansas State Fair at Hutchinson by half a foot! Hopefully next year she will get in the top 3!

We celebrated Jake's first birthday on the 27th even though it was the 31st. Many people showed up to eat lunch and cake/ice cream with us! Jake enjoyed throwing his cake on the floor while the rest of us chowed down. He got many presents that we all enjoy playing with!

Last night, we cut Jake's hair so he can look like a real man. He is one year old after all! Daddy was getting tired of his mullet. He does look pretty handsome now!
