Audrie's Soccer Game

Yesterday, Audrie had her 2nd to last soccer game. She played the black team. Her 'boyfriend' Garrett is on that team. She was very excited to play against his team. Before she went to ger game, Audrie warmed up here at home. Here is a video of her warming up.

Yesterday, Jake learned how to 'shoot hoops' on his basketball goal. He is such a big boy now!

A Weekend at Wichita

This last weekend we all went to Wichita. Mark enjoyed the WSU baseball game on Saturday while Audrie, Jake, and I did a little shopping! We stayed at the Hyatt. It was a very nice hotel. I enjoyed the valet parking! Jake, Audrie, and Mark enjoyed swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. I don't have a swimming suit yet so I took pictures instead!

Today was a beautiful day! Audrie, Jake, Daddy, and I enjoyed being outside planting grass and walking around. Audrie had soccer practice at 5:30 and then had to go to her Joy Club Program. We attempted to stay and enjoy the program, but everytime the kids would clap and scream, Jake would get scared and scream. So Jake and I came home! Tomorrow it is supposed to rain with a chance of snow. YUCK!!!

Lyza's Special Collar

Today, Jake and I went to Wal-Mart. He loved being pushed around in the cart. I got Audrie a pair of running shoes and she hates them because they're 'boy' shoes. She said to get ones with blue on them and I did! Then of course when I get home she says she wanted pink shoes.

Lyza is doing better today. She's not as sad as she was yesterday. She has to wear a special collar so she won't lick her wound.

Poor Lyza

Yesterday, Lyza was out running while RD and Daddy Mo rode four-wheelers. She came back with a nice gash out of her leg. Today, Daddy Mo took her to the vet to get stitches. She had to be put under because she was freaking out whenever you touched her. The medicine is slowly wearing off now. Hopefully by tomorrow she'll be her weird self again.

New Four-Wheeler

Daddy Mo surprised Audrie with a new four-wheeler! It is a green camo color. She rode it from 3:30 to 7:30 at night! It even came with a key and a 'beeper' to lock it. She says she's gonna buy a Hannah Montana key chain to go on it. Jake liked watching Sissy on the four-wheeler. Someday it will be his and Audrie will move up to an adult one.

The picture of Jake above is from Monday. He turned 8 months on that day. He is my big boy! I weighed him this week and he's coming in at 21.8 pounds. Such a heavy boy on my arm! He has been enjoying eating 'table food.' His favorite is deli meat. He also enjoys an occasional bite of a french fry. We still give him baby food though so he can stay healthy and get his nutrients!
